TRAVELLING FROM THE SOUTH:
Take the A9 north from Perth to Inverness. Turn off the A9 (north of Aviemore) onto the A95 signpost to Carrbridge, Grantown on Spey, Elgin. Follow Grantown-on-Spey signs, travel for approximately 9 miles, go past the Speyside Heather Centre and a mile further on turn right at the sign for Nethybridge, taking care on the steep bendy road. Go over the river, bear right with the road and continue until you reach the T-junction in the centre of Nethybridge. Turn left and first right into The Causer, at the side of the Nethybridge Hotel. Continue up the hill until just before the crossroads where you will find the property on the right.

TRAVELLING FROM THE NORTH:
Take the A9 south from Inverness towards Perth. Turn off left at the A938 signpost to Carrbridge. At the Carrbridge Hotel bear right, through Carrbridge, past Landmark Centre and on for a further 2 miles until you reach the junction with the A95. Turn left and continue for another 3 miles, past the Speyside Heather Centre and on until there is a right turn signed for Nethybridge, taking care on the steep bendy road. Go over the river, bear right with the road and continue until you reach the T-junction in the centre of Nethybridge. Turn left and first right into The Causer, at the side of the Nethybridge Hotel. Continue up the hill until just before the crossroads where you will find the property on the right.
