The property offers excellent accommodation and can sleep up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, is fully double glazed and insulated so is ideal for staying in at any time of the year.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises::

• Sitting Room/Dining Room - a comfortably furnished and carpeted room in which to relax with door to garden. Fitted, with multi fuel stove for which fuel is provided, two leather three-seater couches, dining table, chairs and TV with Freesat and DVD
• Kitchen - fully equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer
• Ensuite Double Bedroom - fully carpeted with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
• Twin Bedrooms x 2 - fully carpeted with twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers
• Bathroom - bath with electric shower overhead, heated towel rail, toilet, wash basin and electric underfloor heating

• Heating: white meter electric heating in all rooms and multi-fuel stove in sitting room as well
• Electricity: costs are included in the rental fee
• Hot Water: mains pressure

• Parking: a large area to the front of the property
